The Mission of the Vocational Training Center (VTC) is “Nation-building by improving socio-economic conditions of the underprivileged youth through an increase in their net income, created by providing high-quality, employment-oriented vocational training, soft skills, and employment assistance.”

MSA – VTC incorporates value-bas 27ied education, life skills training, personality development, and extracurricular activities, like daily yoga, which will enhance the confidence levels of the low-socioeconomic class and rural youth through technical skill development leading to their employment.
Employment is priority. Meeting needs of employers is critical.
MSA VTC promised to give assistance for employment with a good salary to each and every student after completion of their training. Our placement ratio is ~80%. We also do hand holding of each and every student for a year and they are free to contact us for any kind of assistance/help anytime.
