Akshar Purshottam Arogya Mandir (General Hospital)
The story of this hospital dates back to the days when Anuben moved to Goraj. She saw was moved disease stricken people, who did not have the means to treat themselves of their ailments. She immediately went to the nearby town of Vadodara and convinced Dr. kapadia, who was then an intern at SSG hospital, to visit Goraj and set-up an outdoor clinic on a weekly basis. Subsequently, she also sought the services of Dr. Vikram and today this temporary medical camp, with the blessing of Muni Maharaj, and generous donors, has transformed into to a large state-of-the-art hospital treating patients of around 150 villages in the vicinity. Arogya Mandir is the first hospital in India to have cutting-edge anesthesia monitoring systems like Physio Flex and Cicero EM, for critically ill patients.
